Constructed in early 1900’s (very historic in nature), it was originally an information office at the train depot and then served as a a CHP office.  In the 1960′s the building was moved to its present location and became the home of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce.  After the Roseville Chamber moved to the current building on Douglas Boulevard, the 700 Vernon St. office was rented to a Farmers Insurance agent for last 20 years.  The insurance agent has now retired and the historic 900 square foot space is available for rent by D. F. Properties.
