Kaiser launches walking club in Roseville

We are excited to announce the start of Walk to Thrive—Kaiser Permanente’s new walking club at Westfield Galleria at Roseville.

You, your family, and the entire community are invited to join us at 8am on Saturday, February 25th, in Center Court near JCPenney for the kick-off event to officially launch Walk to Thrive.

Participants will get a free shirt, pedometer, and have an opportunity to ask questions and get healthy living advice from KP physicians and health and fitness professionals.

You can also sign up to join Walk to Thrive here. Walkers will have access to the Galleria hours before our stores open to enjoy a comfortable, peaceful walk along an easy-to-follow mile long route through the mall. You can meet new friends while you stay fit!

The club also includes walks and warm up exercises led by Kaiser Permanente physicians and health professionals, monthly health education seminars, and more!

All new members will receive a free shirt, a free gift, and get on the path to better health.
