New Regional President Joins North Valley Bank

 North Valley Bank welcomes market leader Tim Ching as Regional President. From the Bank’s Roseville office, Mr. Ching will oversee the company’s branches in the region, managing the lending and business development activities in the Greater Sacramento marketplace. Mr. Ching brings 30+ years of banking experience in the Sacramento region in both the credit and management areas, most recently as President of Five Star Bank in Rocklin, CA.

Mr. Ching holds a B.S. Degree from Lewis and Clark College, Portland, OR, as well as an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.
